Project title:
Expansion of the leisure and training center including the reconstruction and extension of the training and administration buildings as well as the construction of nineteen accommodation cabins with the necessary technical infrastructure and construction equipment.

Location:
The project is implemented in Inowłódz at ul. Tuwima 41, the commune of Inowłódz, the poviat of Tomaszów, and the Łódź voivodship.

Project subject:
The subject of the project is the reconstruction and extension of the former recreational center of General Electric in Inowłódz. As a result of the project, a modern and innovative facility will be created. The object will be used as a creative workshop center and as the place for weekend and holiday escapes to nature for busy inhabitants of large cities from Poland and the CEE region.

Inowłódz is a commune village in the Tomaszów Voivodship (Łódzkie Voivodeship), close to well known in Poland Center of Olympic Preparations in Spała. Before the Second World War, Inowłódz was a well-known health and holiday resort for wealthy residents of Łódź. The charms of summer in Inowłódz were remembered from childhood by Artur Rubinstain and Julian Tuwim.

Project objective:
The main objective of the project is to create a modern and innovative infrastructure, which will contribute to increasing the use of natural and cultural values of the Inowłódz Commune for the development of the tourism economy of the Lodz region.

EU contribution: 3 003 557.30 PLN

Project duration:
The project began in the second quarter of 2018.
The completion of the project is expected for the first quarter of 2023.

Planned effects:
The effect of the project implementation will be the creation of new tourist products and services, including:
– modern accommodation cabins,
– eco swimming pool,
– recreation and traing building,
– playground for children
– sauna, bath, gym, outdoor tubs with hot water,
– electric bicycle rental,
– educational and entertainment programs,
– interactive field games.
